They should be handled only by qualified professionals in a controlled research setting.

How Does Pay By Account Work?

Submit your order online and our team will arrange payment according to your approved business account terms. Payment instructions and order updates are handled separately. We do not store credit card information.

Can I Review Product Documentation?

When available, Certificates of Analysis and other product resources are listed in the tabs on each product page.

How Is Shipping Calculated?

Shipping is calculated from the order subtotal and internal shipment weight. Orders reaching the displayed free-shipping threshold qualify automatically. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Can I Save Multiple Addresses?

Yes. Registered customers can save, edit, and delete multiple billing and shipping addresses from their account.

Can I Cancel An Order?

An order may be cancelled through your account while it remains unshipped and otherwise eligible. Contact us promptly if you need assistance.

How Do Returns Work?

Eligible shipped orders can have a return request submitted from the customer account. Requests are reviewed before return instructions are issued.
