Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated during checkout using the order subtotal and internal shipment weight. The exact charge is displayed before you place the order. Orders meeting the current free-shipping threshold qualify automatically.

Processing And Tracking

Processing times may vary by product, quantity, and custom requirements. When an order ships, its carrier and tracking information will appear in the customer account when available.

Order Cancellations

Eligible orders may be cancelled from the customer dashboard before shipment. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and may instead require a return request.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted through the customer account or by contacting us. Approval is required before sending products back. Custom, opened, used, or otherwise non-resalable products may not be eligible for return.
