Store Policies
Privacy Policy
How personal information is collected, used, disclosed, protected, and retained across store operations.
Current version: Privacy Standard v2Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how the store collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you browse the website, create an account, place or manage an order, communicate with us, or participate in the affiliate program. It applies to information handled through this website and related store operations.
Information You Provide
We may collect identifiers and contact information such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, and account credentials. We also collect information you submit for age eligibility, saved addresses, orders, marketing preferences, tax-exemption review, affiliate applications and payouts, support requests, returns, and other communications.
Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing. Tax-exemption certificates and similar documents may contain sensitive business or tax information and are restricted to authorized review and recordkeeping purposes.
Orders And Commercial Records
We maintain product selections, quantities, prices, discounts, tax, shipping, payment method and status, fulfillment records, tracking events, refunds, communications, and related order history. These records support checkout, fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud review, legal compliance, and reporting.
Technical Data, Cookies, And Sessions
The website uses essential cookies and session storage for authentication, security, carts, checkout, preferences, and affiliate attribution. We may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, security events, and hashed technical identifiers to operate and protect the service, measure affiliate referrals, investigate misuse, and maintain audit records.
When enabled, optional analytics and marketing technologies help us understand site use, measure email and campaign performance, and improve the store. Optional storage is denied until you make a privacy choice, and you can reopen Privacy Choices from the footer to change that choice. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, street addresses, or payment details.
Disabling essential cookies may prevent account, cart, checkout, or referral features from working correctly. The current store does not use essential cookies to sell personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Affiliate And Marketing Data
Affiliate referral links and codes may store a referral cookie and create referral records so eligible orders can be attributed under the program rules. Affiliate applications and accounts may include websites, promotional methods, audience descriptions, payout preferences, compliance status, commission records, and agreement acceptance records.
Promotional email is sent only when a customer has opted in or another lawful basis applies. We maintain subscription and unsubscribe records and may receive delivery, bounce, complaint, open, or click events from an email provider. You can change promotional-email preferences in your account or use an unsubscribe method included with marketing messages. Transactional and account messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts; process, verify, fulfill, track, and support orders; calculate prices, shipping, and tax; review exemptions; communicate service and delivery updates; administer affiliates and commissions; respond to requests; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain business, tax, and legal records; troubleshoot and improve the website; and enforce our agreements and policies.
Payment Information
The current store does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers. It maintains selected payment methods, payment status, amounts, references, refunds, and account-payment records needed to administer orders. If an external payment processor is enabled, payment credentials may be collected and processed directly by that provider under its own privacy and security terms.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, email delivery, shipping and tracking, payment processing, accounting, tax administration, document storage, customer support, analytics when enabled, and other store operations. Providers should receive only information reasonably needed for their services and are expected to handle it under applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect customers or the store, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets. We do not currently sell or rent customer personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account service, order fulfillment, warranties and returns, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, affiliate administration, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or restricted when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Security
We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including access controls, secure sessions, password hashing, request validation, and restrictions around uploaded documents. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting account credentials, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Your Choices And Privacy Requests
You may update available account and marketing-preference information through your account. Depending on your location and subject to verification and legal exceptions, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or information about how it has been used or disclosed. We may retain records required for orders, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or other legal obligations.
We will not discriminate against a customer for making a privacy request as required by applicable law. Requests may be submitted through the Contact Us page. We may need information sufficient to verify the requester and locate relevant records.
Age Eligibility
The store is intended only for adults age 18 or older and for authorized business users. Customer registration and checkout require the user to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create an account or place an order. If we learn that an individual under 18 submitted personal information through the store, we may close the account and delete or restrict the information, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Policy Changes
We may revise this policy when store practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version name will be posted on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account notices, or email when appropriate.
Contact
